Becca Crowley
AMFT #143742
I work with couples who want to deepen connection, improve communication, and navigate life’s challenges together. Relationships can wound us, but they can also heal us. Within our closest connections lies extraordinary potential for growth and transformation. Most often, the challenge isn’t communication itself, but comprehension: understanding ourselves, each other, and the relational patterns that guide and shape how we connect.
I help couples strengthen intimacy, resolve conflict, and build partnerships rooted in authenticity and mutual growth. I draw from a variety of modalities to deepen self-understanding, including Internal Family Systems, attachment theory, polyvagal theory, transpersonal approaches, and psychodynamic work. I believe that in order to truly understand ourselves, we must understand the architecture of our minds and the systems that influence our relationships.
Therapy with me is a supportive space to explore, connect, and create the relationship you both want. I blend humor and warmth with comprehensive, client-centered care, and have extensive experience supporting couples with relational and attachment issues, codependency, sex, love, and intimacy challenges, as well as addiction, anxiety, depression, trauma, and grief. My goal is to help couples not only improve communication, but truly comprehend one another, and in doing so, strengthen connection, resilience, and shared growth.
